this really helped. i used a good mini-scale and gave myself 25mg doses mixed with mct oil.

First time using CBD Isolate

I do not have a scale so dosing was somewhat of a challenge. Pain relief over the past week has been gradual but definitely feeling less as time goes on. I’m not sure that I would use isolate powder in the future but tincture with mct oil yes.
